The IO Facebook group admins, when I asked permission in 2015, told me I could not publish this, because it came from the private group.  So have only shared it as a private compendium of information with my close cruising friends.  I do continue to monitor the group and update the info as I get a chance.  Please enjoy the fruits of my labors, but keep this copy to yourself.
