To update your current SasPlanet with this new version do the following:

    1. If you have an existing SasPlanet then terminate it if it's running. 
    
         - If no exsiting SasPlanet then copy the SasPlanet folder in this sub-directory to the C:\ directory and skip to step 8.

   2. Rename your current SasPlanet directory to SasPlanet.xx where xx is either the current version, today's date:yy.mm.day, or OLD

   3.  Copy the SasPlanet folder in this sub-directory to your old SasPlanet's location

   4. Open a File Explorer on both the old SasPlanet and the new SasPlanet and navigate into the SasPlanet directories. 

   5. Copy /replace the  SasPlanet.ini file from your old SasPlanet to your new SasPlanet.  Updates the cache information.

   6. Copy /replace the Marks.db3 and Tracks.db3 file from your old SasPlanet to your new SasPlanet.  Saves any Placemarks or Tracks you had.

   7. If you know you have modified any maps settings then go to Maps directories and copy them from the old SasPlanet to the new one.  If you changed the names of any of the maps (not common), you need to make the same changes in the maps.ini file.

   8. Start the new SasPlanet.
   
   9. Start Sat2Chart and open the SasPlanet options tab.
            
   10. If this is the first time to install SasPlanet change the "SasPlanet Location:" field to C:\SasPlanet.  
        -- If not the first time install make sure the "SasPlanet Location:" field is correct.
