Deck Drains Port and Stbd

Measure to see what fits I did this already Cut sides from 1/2" Racing Thru Hull to make it it a rectangle.

Grind at about 30-45 degree angle so that it will fit flush into an angled depression Drill 3/4" hole about center of pocket lay modified thru hell into depression to find natural center.
Place modified thru hull into hole and scribe outline Utilizing Dremel and a cylindrical end cut burr route out approx 3/16" inside scribe mark I used a conical burr then to finish the edge at the right angle care and patience makes a perfect fit I trial fit it until it was correct I the put a countersink on both sides of the 3/4" center hole for a better seal I used Sika 295UV White to bed the finished job into the drain hole.

I Used Sika 292 White on the inside.

I Used rubber plugs inside and out until I connected the drain to a 1/2?Thru Hull on the Hull I will utilize a PVC ball Valve and a Forespar female to barb 90 degree ell on the side

I will utilize at least three wraps of Teflon tape on the threads A short piece of hose with clamps will connect the horizontal to the vertical I do not think there is enough room to bend the hose and utilize barbs so I used a threaded thru hull through the hull All fittings are Forespar.
